Kleino (3rd-century BC) was an Ancient Greek musician and courtier.

She was a professional flute player, active in the Greek city of Alexandria in Egypt. She was appointed to the prestigious office of vine bearer to the king, Ptolemy II of Egypt. She became a well known public figure. Polybius reported that several public statues of her were seen all over Alexandria.

Ptolemaios II. Philadelphos (altgriechisch Πτολεμαῖος Φιλάδελφος Ptolemaíos Philádelphos, deutsch ‚der „Geschwisterliebende“‘; * 308 v. Chr.; † 29. Januar 246 v. Chr.), Sohn Ptolemaios’ I. und der Berenike I., war von 285 bis 246 v. Chr. Pharao (König) von Ägypten in der griechisch-römischen Zeit. Seit 285 v. Chr. war Ptolemaios II. Mitregent seines Vaters und damit designierter Nachfolger. Kurze Zeit später scheint er mit der ägyptischen Doppelkrone gekrönt worden zu sein.
